The Details

This compounded lozenge combines two PDE5 inhibitors, sildenafil and tadalafil, with apomorphine, a dopamine agonist, in a custom formulation used in an individualized men’s sexual health plan. Sildenafil and tadalafil act on PDE5 pathways involved in promoting penile blood flow, while apomorphine acts on dopamine pathways involved in sexual response and arousal.
